As laws change, we have the capacity to adapt and update our systems to accommodate new building codes and regulations. We self-perform our work and have a solid crew of employees that have been properly trained to carry out our project objectives. We currently hold a valid C-27 Landscape Contractor and B- General Builder License(s). We are also Certified by the EPA as a Waterwise Landscaper and maintain this Certification through C.E.U. submitted yearly. We work closely with CSLB, MWELO is not an obstacle, and neither are the Firewise requirements. Permits are easy and we can provide guidance or document procurement for large projects.

If you are working with an Architect, Engineer or a Landscape Architect and are ready to build, then please send us a copy of the final CD or DD documents. PLEASE NOTE: We do not review designer sketches or conceptual drawings from unlicensed persons.

As a Professional Landscape Architect (P.L.A.), akin to Engineers, Surveyors, and Architects, we perform services specific to our client's needs. Everything we create is site specific. Through the longevity of our careers, we have acquired the necessary knowledge and technical ability either through decades of formal University curriculum (Felipe has received B.S. in Architecture and Construction Management and Post Grad Degree in Landscape Architecture) and professional hands-on experience in the field.

A Professional Landscape Architects service, tasks, and responsibilities are both an art and a hard science, one balancing the other and both needing each at all times.

If you have already hired a Licensed Architect or Engineer, we accept Completed Construction Documents or Design Development Plans at 100% ONLY, the drawing packages should be at one of these two levels of detail, for our review and consideration. Preferably developed in AUTOCad or Cad Software with proper scales and Code Compliant, otherwise we cannot provide an estimate for Concepts or Sketches.

Landscape Sustainability

We implement sustainable strategies for long term of the Landscape, this includes the Vegetation Management Plans. Rather than providing the typical "Mow and Blow" services also known as "Maintenance", we study an existing site and provide sustainable practices in written and sometimes physical form, we help you or the owner understand the microclimate, flora, fauna and environment.
